- WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EARLY, REGULAR AND LATE TICKETS?
  
  The price is the only difference between early, regular and late tickets.

- I CAN'T FIND MY TICKETS, WHAT NOW?
  
  First of all, don't worry. If you paid for your tickets and you have proof that you paid, we will make sure you get your tickets.
  
  Now, let's try to retrieve the tickets we send you!
  
  1. Did you check your spam?
  
  2. Did you log in with Facebook? If yes, is the mail address you use for your Facebook account the same as your regular mail address? If not, check the other mail address!
  
  3. If above doesn't apply to you, send and email to hello@dgtl.nl with the name you used for buying the tickets and a printscreen of your payment. We'll get back to you as soon as possible!
GENERAL DISPOSAL
- WHERE SHOULD I DISPOSE MY GARBAGE?
  
  There will be trash bins all around the festival site as well as in the surroundings of the festival. At the festival we will separate all the waste. We would appreciate your cooperation on this. Please don’t take any bottles, cans or foods with you to the festival, it is not allowed and causes more garbage. DGTL likes to keep the neighborhood clean, please take notice.

  Yes you can.
- CAN I BRING MY LAPTOP OR TABLET TO THE FESTIVAL?
  
  Yes you can.
- CAN I BRING A GOPRO OR CAMERA?
  
  You are allowed to enter the festival site with a Gopro. You are not allowed to bring a selfiestick, this will be taken at the entrance of the festival. You are also allowed to bring your own camera, but not a reflex camera.

  DGTL Bengaluru uses (loud) sounds and stroboscopic light effects.
- IS THERE ANY SPECIAL FOOD? (GLUTEN-FREE ETC)
  
  Vegan food will be available at the festival.
- GUIDE DOGS
  
  DGTL advises people with a visual impairment not to bring their guide dogs because of the many stimuli (big crowds, loud music, etc.). We advise our visitors to bring their friends.
I Love my ears
Please take care of your ears! With music above 87 dB it is smart to use earplugs with a special music filter. With earplugs you can still hear the music perfectly, conversations remain intelligible and most important of all, you prevent hearing damage and the annoying ringing after the event. Love your ears!
Celebrate Safe
It is important for us that people can enjoy the party with maximum safety. Drink in moderation and look after your friends. Stay hydrated and remember to eat regularly. Treat everyone with respect and have a good time.
